Tang, MD FACC
Dr. Tang received his
MD degree from China Medical College in Taiwan. He
completed his internal medicine residency program at Baylor
College of Medicine. He also completed a four year
cardiology fellowship at the University of Miami. During
the last year of his cardiology fellowship, he specialized in
performing catheter oriented interventional procedures.
Dr. Tang is board certified in internal medicine, cardiovascular medicine, and
interventional cardiology. Dr. Tang's clinical interests
include: acute coronary syndrome, ischemic heart disease,
congestive heart failure, cardiac arrythmias, peripheral
vascular disease, hypertension control, and the treatment of
hyperlipidemia. His clinical expertise is performing
cardiac catheterization and complex coronary angioplasty,
renal angioplasty, peripheral angioplasty, and carotid
stenting. |
